Action Station offers a number of courses for both skills and interest. Our courses are designed to meet the demands of the local community and therefore, if there is a topic in which you are interested, please let us know?

September 2013 Courses

- Creative Writing, September 16th 10am-12pm, 44.00 for 10 weeeks or free if on income based benefits

- City and Guilds Qualification, September 16th 1pm-3pm for 10 weeks

- Care Course, September 17th 2 days a week for 4 weeks

- Food For Thought Course, September 20th 1pm-3pm, 44 for 10 weeks or free if on income based benefits

We will seek other like minded individuals and try to secure appropriate funding to enable the course to run. Once secured, a tutor will be appointed to lead the course and dates will be finalised. For example, courses currently run by Action Station include "Digital Photography - Your Camera". Card making class

Some courses are delivered for Action Station by the WEA. For instance, "Card Making". There are also Computer classes at various levels. For specific information concerning WEA courses on offer at Action Station in 2009 click here or follow this link to their website.
